THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME! 

• Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled 30 min time slot.
• Your time slot begins at the time indicated on your ticket and runs for 30 min. For example, if you bought tickets for 2pm, your tour time is from 2 – 2:30 pm.
• Download the app, Shiki Dreams, from the app store before you arrive. 
• Bring earbuds or headphones if you have them.
